Eastbourne Pilates

Hi! My name is Celine and I live in Old Town, Eastbourne. I am a mother of three children

and am passionate about the tremendous benefits of Pilates. I am fully insured and have

a DBS certificate. I have a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification in Teaching Mat

Pilates and am a qualified Total Barre™ Instructor. I am also a qualified Zumba Instructor.

I teach day and evening Pilates classes at Eden Blue Centre in Old Town, Eastbourne.

My aim is to provide friendly, inclusive and welcoming classes, tailored to suit all levels.

My goal is to give you an effective and dynamic programme of exercise that will make a difference to both your mind and body! Pilates is made up of low-impact exercises designed to strengthen, tone and streamline your body and improve joint mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, co-ordination and core strength. Pilates can also relieve stress and tension and can help alleviate lower back pain and other aches and pains. Pilates is an increasingly popular form of exercise because it offers a truly effective way of bringing the body back to its peak physical condition. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, as each exercise can be adapted, modified or progressed according to each person's ability.

In your Pilates journey, you will become more flexible; your ab's will be flatter and firmer; your entire body will get stronger and leaner; you will stand taller and improve your posture; you will learn how to slow down your breathing and breathe deeply and calmly; your balance and coordination will improve; you will have greater joint mobility; your mind will become clearer and more refreshed; you will be more positive and less stressed and you will meet new people who have also discovered the profound benefits of Pilates! 

My classes are open to complete beginners as well as those at an intermediate to advanced stage in their practice. The beauty of Pilates is that it can be modified and adapted to each individuals strengths as well as constraints. My classes are open, friendly and non-judgemental and people of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome.
